Summer Tips

We all have some degree of bad experiences to recall during summer times. The heat outside goes outrageous and you might not be good at fighting it back. Unless you are living in a hilly area, the chances are quite high for you to get caught red handedly by this summer. While you might be familiar with items such as wearing loose fittings and cotton clothes, applying sunscreen lotion and to name a few others, there are quite some other areas too, wherein you have to pay attention to.

Avoid Dehydration: You should have to avoid being dehydrated by drinking plenty of water. Well, the idea of being hydrated can be expanded to drinking lot of other fluid content as well. Opting for something such as a lemonade or tender coconut water can be a set of great options. They come with essentially good sugar, fiber, and proteins along with vitamins and minerals. But at the same time, avoid drinking something such as Caffeine, Alcohol etc.

Opt for a healthy heating habit: Well, this is something that links with the well being of every human and when it comes to preventing the sunny days as well, we have the very same option open for us. Just as we mentioned about allowing your body to stay hydrated, you can go for eating food items that naturally contain water. Taking for example, water melon and any other fresh fruits and salads will make up your crave for water. They all contain essential nutrients such as Vitamin C, Vitamin B and Potassium, will all add moisture content to one’s body. Well, you also have to limit your access to cut fruit that can be availed from vendors. Food items that are rich on oil content too have to be restricted.

Load Up on Spices: While mentioning about going for a healthy heating habit, the one thing that might sound crazy is this one. You are open to eating plenty of spices and sweating. While sweating, your body turns cool in a natural way.

Not too oily: Well, we have already mentioned about restricting the oil content form food. That said, you also have to limit the oil content from your skin as well. Dusting some loose powder can be a good option these days.

Remain cool: That is something you always have to do in your life..! Go for having a detailed plan in order to avoid being exposed to overheat. While you are outside, go with a parasol. In fact an added advantage would be on your side, if you have a pair of sunglasses as well to keep the glare out. Another piece of option is golf caps, which avoid getting sun burnt. Before it gets too hot outside, close the windows. Allow cool air to spread in your room and you can look for hanging a wet cloth sheet on a window. Another great option would be spraying cold water on regular intervals at yourself, since taking a shower always is not a feasible option.
