Top Laundry Tips to retain Fabric Color

Always follow the wash care instructions else you may learn hard lessons at the cost of your spoiled clothes. Washing for colored clothes, drying instructions etc. should be gone through carefully. Separating the whites and the dark colors is a very basic thing to be done while using a washing machine. The Dark colors should be washed together. Washing one red cloth wit ha pile of white cloths will give you a unforgettable lesson otherwise. Turning clothes inside out before washing can reduce or prevent wear and tear. The outside should not suffer dullness as you have it wear it on the outside.

It has to be dried also inside out. Do not stuff or overload your washer to save time. Clothes won’t be cleaned well when it does not get space inside to move free and get washed properly. The same is applicable for your drier also. Wash your colored fabrics in cold water else they will come out faded. Over drying can also make your clothes fade. Vinegar is a natural softener for fabrics and you can add a cup to prevent fading and the awful smell is not be worried about, as it will go after the wash. If you really care about colors, you should do mild/gentle wash in your machine or do hand wash especially with your exquisite clothes. Buying a detergent that prevents fading is also an option.
