Dressing tips for Hourglass shaped Women

You have an hourglass body if you have shoulders and hips with approximately same size. Your waistline will be small. In calculations, waist will be minimum 25 % lesser than your bust, hip and shoulder measurements i.e. about 30 cm or 12 inches lesser than bust or hip measurements. This is the most desired body shape for women.

The thin, defined waist and the great body proportions are the plus points of an hourglass figure. You have broad hips and you have to dress up in clothes that show your curves so that you look feminine and beautiful.

Dresses that attract attention to your waistline without adding bust size is ideal for you. Wrap dresses, tailored cocktail dresses and tank dresses are great for you. Ruffles, pockets etc. can add to the curvaceousness of your body. Dark colors and vertical stripes can downplay the curves on you.
